3 Ingredient Keto Salmon Cakes

Looking for a super quick, super delicious, super keto meal?! I’ve got you here! Not only is this quick & satisfying, it’s also really budget friendly with only 3 ingredients!

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 can Pink Salmon ( I get the Wild Alaskan Canned salmon from Costco)
  • 1/4 cup Mayo (Mine is from Aldi)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmasan Cheese (You can use store bought or grate your own

Mix everything together.

You can make 2 large Salmon Cakes or smaller ones if you like! I made 2 and enjoyed them both!

Heat up a non-stick skillet at medium heat. Place your salmon cakes in the pan – do not over crowd. If you can only fit 1 comfortably just cook them one at a time. Place the lid on top – this is key to them cooking properly. Once they start to brown, flip with a spatula and cook until the other side is browned as well. The parmesan cheese will give these a nice crunch!

That’s it!! I had sautéed spinach (with 1 tsp bacon grease) with mine!!
