Ok, so most of us go for the drumsticks in a bucket of wings before the wings… am I right?! If that’s not you then just buy wings instead of drumsticks and you can still make this super easy recipe!
The first part of this recipe uses a Pressure Cooker ( this is the one I have ). If you do not have a pressure cooker, just follow the same steps and bake your wings in the oven to cook instead at 350 degrees.
You can buy as many wings as you’d like! I bought 5lbs of large drumsticks at Aldi for $5.07! This is definitely a budget friendly meal!
- Drumsticks (I used 5lbs)
- Hot Sauce (I used 1.5 bottles of Burmans Brand from Aldi)
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Black Pepper
- Chipotle Chili Powder
- Garlic powder
Place the wrack inside of your Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker. Pour in 1 cup of water. Place all of the drumsticks into a bowl and coat them with all of the seasonings. Add drumsticks to the pressure cooker. Close the lid and adjust to Sealing. Turn on High Pressure and cook for 10 Min. Allow a natural release of pressure.
Remove the wings from your pressure cooker with tongs and place in a large bowl. Pour enough hot sauce into the bowl to thoroughly coat each wing.
Preheat your oven to 475 degrees. Place your wings on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Add additional hot sauce to your wings if you prefer! You can also dip them in Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing!
