Keto Muffin Tin Cheeseburgers with Big Mac Sauce!

all I think of when I see these mini cheese burgers is “awesome sauce!!” 😅

This recipe is SUPER QUICK and very easy and perfect for the entire family!!! These mini cheeseburgers will even fit into slider buns if you have eaters at your house that insist on that pesky bun 🙂 I enjoyed mine simply on butter lettuce leaves and they were perfect!!! I’m thinking I’ll probably add crumbled bacon next time!

Ingredients:

Cheeseburgers

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 cup pork rind crumbs (I use 4505 brand)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup (4 tbsp) finely diced dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all burger ingredients except cheddar cheese. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Get out your Muffin tin and butter the pan so your burgers do not stick.
  4. Separate the mixture into 2 equal portions. Take the first portion of burger meat and divide it into 12 mini burgers and press them into the bottom of the muffin tin.
  5. Top each burger with cheddar cheese.
  6. Take your remaining portion of burger meat and divide into 12 portions. top your burgers with another mini burger patty so that the cheese will bake in between them.
  7. Bake for 20 min or until cooked through.
  8. While the cheeseburgers bake, mix up the big mac sauce. Add all ingredients to a medium size bowl and stir to combine.
  9. Serve the mini cheesburgers on top of butter lettuce and top with big mac sauce! You can add any other toppings you’d like!

These are actually really portable too – great for a lunch packing idea!!!
