Whoa Momma! Bacon & Cheese Quiche

Regular Eggs & Bacon can get boring… whip up this amazing quiche instead! You can make this in under 1 hour and you’ll be SO happy you did!

Grab this Stuff for the Filling:

  • 12 Eggs
  • 8oz Whipped Cream Cheese (Mine was from Aldi)
  • 7 slices cooked Bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Romano Cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Parsley

Grab this Stuff for the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup (1stick) butter
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add all filling ingredients into a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.

Cube the stick of butter and add to a separate bowl with the almond flour and mozzarella cheese. Use hand mizer to beat the butter mixture until crumbly. Press the crust into the bottom of a pie dish. Pour in the filling and bake 35 min or until the center is no longer “jiggly”
